Stratford Pointe, established in 2016, is a new community being developed in Southwest Lubbock by the great team that brought you LakeRidge, LakeRidge Estates, and LakeRidge South. As one of Lubbock’s oldest developers, we take pride in our involvement in creating, as well as maintaining, the unique identity of Southwest Lubbock.
